Project:The project is a conversion of dwelling house into seven self-contained flats; associated amenity, cycle storage, and waste storage spaces; excavation to enlarge basement level. This scheme requires the creation of sunken patios and light wells, a single-storey rear extension; installation of three dormer windows to the rear of main roof slope (following removal of one dormer window), alterations to the side elevations involving the removal of three door openings, a new external staircase and the installation of six window openings.
